- The clinic name and information currently shown on this site
- The field that needs correction and the updated information
- A clinic notice or official public-source URL supporting the change
- An email address if you would like a response
How requests are handled
We compare the request with publicly verifiable sources before making a change. We may request additional supporting material. If a claim cannot be verified, we may leave the information unchanged or withhold the disputed label.
We do not accept payment to add, remove or prioritize a listing. A correction request is not treated as a recommendation or advertising application.
